Well, Barlow McEwan and Tribe want $280 from us for damage we didn’t do.

Bullies must be stood up to so it’s off to the tribunal we go.

    Good for you. More people should do this, and maybe (sooner or later) bastardly agents would stop trying it on, not because they have a change of heart (HA!) but because it just becomes too expensive. Very best for it, I’m sure the tribunal will rule justly (ie. in your favour :-)

    Just remember all the good advice you got.
    * They have to substantiate their claim – both the fact and the amount
    * Wear and tear doesn’t count
    * The Tribunal allows depreciation

    Did you tell them to put it in writing?

    good! somebody needs to stand up to these kind of… well, i think your use of the term “bullies” was far too polite!
