Twice twice
So two days now. Monday evening they were there. This morning they were there. Nothing constant, nothing reliable, basically just the beginnings of something that’s eventually going to happen.
*sigh*
Neither of us want to rush it, but it’s getting to be bothersome, this waiting business.
Another twice: Wednesday night Rob (my brother) rang to see if anything had happened yet. Saturday morning Helly (Tony’s sister) called to see if anything had begun yet. That’s two phone calls from two siblings that also seem as impatient as us.
*sigh*
Kiddo, there are people to meet and that want to meet you. Chop chop.
